While you may have thought you had a good weekend, bopping from one Halloween party to the next, it was likely nothing compared to the epic evening shared by Cardi B and Offset. On Friday night, at Philadelphia's Power 99’s Powerhouse concert, the Migos rapper dramatically proposed to Cardi B in front of thousands of people. Judging from Cardi B's reaction, the proposal came as a complete surprise. Fans of the couple screamed, filling the theater with deafening noise. And while Cardi's response was muffled, her answer was made very much so clear when Offset stood up and slipped an eight caret diamond ring on her finger. Offset's fellow Migos members photographed the moment on their iPhones--as did thousands of onlooking fans. Afterwards, Cardi B posted a series of images on herInstagram account. In her first post, the singer, dressed in a stunning, metallic lamé gown, held up her ring for the camera. "Jesus Christ I’m so emotional," she wrote. "@offsetyrn I loveee you so much....I can’t wait to spend FOREVAAAA with you...."

It's already been a pretty great fall for Cardi B, even pre-engagement. In September, the singer officiallydethroned Taylor Swift atop the Billboard Hot 100 chart. But the achievement also carried with it a historic title. Besides Lauryn Hill, who reached this spot on the chart 19 years ago, Cardi became the only female rapper to reach the number one ranking unaccompanied. Professional and personal success then, is something that Cardi B has in spades. Congratulations to the happy couple!
